Estimator /
Project Manager

Estimate and manage the daily details of the project, including purchases, subcontracting, changes and coordination of office and field activities during the construction period.

Office Coordinator

Coordinating subcontractors, processing invoices, maintaining databases, collecting expense data, and handling the recruitment and training of employees. Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating construction projects from conception to production in strict compliance with schedule, specifications, and budget.

Fleet Manager

Supervises the use, maintenance, and operation of construction vehicles.  Assists in submitting proposals for bids, compares prices, and negotiates with vendors to find the best possible equipment at the best price. Ensure vehicles and equipment adhere to industry standards and regulations for emissions, usage, and operation.
